Cancellations made after three (3) working days but on or before 1st January will be eligible for a 50% refund. From 2nd January 2026 to 28th January 2026 you are eligible for 25% back of your payment made. There will be no refunds from 1st March 2026 and any payments made will be forfeited in full.

Your initial deposit becomes non-refundable after three (3) working days from the date of purchase.

FAQ'S

1. What is included in the getaway package?

Your package includes access to all scheduled events, parties, and activities during the getaway. Accommodation and other inclusions depend on your selected package.
Please note: Flights and accommodation are not included.

 

2. Are flights included?

No. Flights are not included in your package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Cyprus.

 

3. Can I add other events or services to my package?

Unfortunately, no additional events or services can be added to your package. Each package includes access to all official Vibez On Tour events and activities.

 

4. How do payments work?

You can pay in full or choose our deposit plan, which allows you to spread your payments over a few months. The deposit plan requires an initial payment of £50 GBP / $70 USD, plus a booking fee.


Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our ticketing platform. If you select the payment plan, subsequent payments must be made manually on your scheduled payment dates.

 

5. What is the refund and cancellation policy?

6. Will I receive confirmation after booking?

Yes! Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details from our official ticketing platform.

 

7. Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unexpected changes, cancellations, or medical needs during your trip.

 

8. What should I bring?

Bring your booking confirmation, valid passport, travel insurance details, and a big vibe! We also recommend packing summer essentials.

 

9. Can I attend if I’m travelling solo?

Absolutely! Vibez On Tour welcomes solo travellers — it’s a great opportunity to meet new people and connect through music, culture, and unforgettable experiences.

 

10. What kind of music and events can I expect?

Expect the ultimate R&B, Hip Hop, Garage, Soca, Jungle, and Dancehall experience — with themed parties, beach events, day raves, and exclusive nightlife sessions curated by Vibez On Tour.

 

11. Is there an age limit?

Yes, this event is strictly 21+. Please ensure you bring valid photo ID for all events.
